Wiring

Both RGPS--P and RGPS--LP come with an AC
power socket at the back of the switch. Simply insert the AC power cable
to the power connector and turn on the power switch. The input voltage is
AC100V~240V / 50~60Hz.

AC Power Connection

All of the three models can be powered by DC power. The dual DC power
inputs along with relay contacts are located on the terminal block.

STEP 1:

Insert the negative/positive wires into the V-/V+ terminals,

respectively.

STEP 2:

To keep the DC wires from pulling loose, use a small flat-blade

screwdriver to tighten the wire-clamp screws on the front of the terminal
block connector.

each wire pair.

To connect the console port to an external management device, you need an DB-9
cable, which is also supplied in the package. Below is the console port pin assignment

Grounding and wire routing help limit the effects of noise due to
electromagnetic interference (EMI). Run the ground connection from the
ground screws to the grounding surface prior to connecting devices.
