Troubleshooting Tips

If there is no video at output:
Make sure the output resolution setting of source device can be displayed on all
connected display devices. (4K@60 or 1080p@60)
Reset the HDMI Splitter (disconnect from power supply and reconnect it after a min.)

If there is video without any audio:
Check the output audio mode if you're not sure of which audio format is supported
by the display then select detection mode A (Highest Common Factor Mode) and
reset the HDMI Splitter. Make sure the connection is in the HDMI standard.
HDCP may not have been configured properly, please reset your HDMI Splitter by
power on/off switch.
