It may take several minutes for the smart device to load the existing weather data history.

The process will be interrupted if you exit from the app. Please wait until the configuration
completes.
Why my smart device isn’t receiving pop-up alerts from the app?
Your smart devices may close the app when it is working in the background after a prolonged period
of time. If it happens, open your app again. The alerts that did not appear can be reviewed in the
Alert history in the app.
When I move my device from one extreme condition to another, it doesn’t reflect the
actual reading immediately.

The Weather

sensor updates the actual reading data in 1-hour intervals. If you moved the
sensor in the meantime, its actual reading will be reflected in the next hour.
The pre-set weather alert settings in the Weather

app doesn’t suit my room, what can I do?

app provides 10 room types with pre-set weather alert ranges for your selection. If the
room type/pre-set weather alert settings are not suiting your need, you may choose

adjust your weather alert settings.
