Insufficient charging ( the use of too many accessories can cause shortage due to the
failure of the generator ).
Harsh use ( high frequency of use in cold weather or use after insufficient charging ).
Insufficient maintenance including: insufficient battery fluid level inspection and
rehydration, connection failure due to loosening of the terminal parts, uplifting of the
battery due to leaving the engine on when charging.
Overcharging caused by regulator failure. Continuing to charge after the charge is
complete.
At the end of battery’s life, the following signs occur:
The rotation noise of the starter motor is lower and weaker than usual.
Fast decrease of the electrolytes of the battery.
When these signs appear, please do the auxiliary charging. If it still does not work well, please
replace the battery. Please follow local laws and regulations for disposing of old batteries.
