3.- Tips
−
The cover can be opened during operation of the device for performing tasks or remove food doneness
view thereof. The appliance continues operating with the cover open, even so it is recommended that
the minimum to open and reclose after the operation.

Special attention when opening the cover and the interior temperature can be raised to avoid burns
4.- Cleaning and maintenance
−
Disconnect the device to the electronic network and allow it to cool down before star cleaning
−
Disassemble the device following this steps: remove the bucket
−
To clean the steam output valve, remove it from pulling up device. Turn it over and remove the cover
turning the same one in the opposite direction to clockwise.
−
Except the electric set and the electronic network, all parts can be cleaned with soap and water or in the
dishwasher
−
Clean the electrical assembly and the network connector with a damp cloth.
−
Do not use solvents or acid products with a pH factor such as bleach, or abrasive products to clean the
appliance
−
It is recommended to clean the machine regularly and remove all traces of food
−
The following parts are suitable for cleaning in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher with a soft wash
program: bucket, steam bucket, steam outlet valve, spatula, spoon, measuring cup.

Then dry all parts before assembly and saved.
