Installation
6567:
– The stop valve is installed as shown in fi gure 1. The stop then points to the right
(seen from ahead).
6568:
– Electra is installed to G3/4 anglefi tting as shown in fi gure 1.
6567, 6568:
– Rinse the pipes (fi gure 2).
– Set the urinal fl usher in place but do not lock it to the stop valve. Measure the distance from the
upper edge of the urinal to the fl usher (fi gure 3). Then detach the fl usher from the stop valve.
– Cut the fl ushing pipe to correct length (fi gure 4).
– Put the urinal’s connection packing in place (fi gure 5).

– Connect the fl usher pipe to the outlet (1) and install the fl usher in place on the urinal (2) and
attached to the stop valve (3).
6567:
– Attach the fl usher to the stop valve with the hexagonal screw.
6568:
– Filter packing is placed into the inlet union
– Attach the fl usher to the anglefi tting.
6567, 6568 Figure 7:
– Remove the tape from the sensor lenses.
– Open the stop valve and make sure the fl usher operates correctly.

Changing the battery
Figure 8:
– Undo the fl usher cover locking screw (3).
– Detach the fl usher cover by lifting it simultaneously up and outwards.
Figure 9:
– Undo the battery casing cover (1) screws (2) and detach the cover.
– Change the battery.
– Reassemble in reverse order.
Changing the sensor

– Undo the fl usher cover locking screw (3).
– Detach the fl usher cover by lifting it simultaneously up and outwards.
Figure 9:
– Detach the sensor connector (4) from the solenoid valve connector (5).
– Undo the battery casing cover (1) screws (2) and detach the cover.
– Undo the sensor locking screws (3) and detach the sensor.
– Attach the sensor in place.
– Reassemble in reverse order.
Changing the pilot valve
– Close the water inlet to the fl usher.

– Undo the fl usher cover locking screw (3).
– Detach the fl usher cover by lifting it simultaneously up and outwards.
Figure 9:
– Detach the sensor connector (4) from the solenoid valve connector (5).
– Undo the solenoid valve locking screws (6) and detach the solenoid valve (7).
– Attach the new solenoid valve in place.
– Reassemble in reverse order.
– Open the water inlet to the fl usher.
