Install a Storage Array HDD or SSD (CRU)

f.   

When the ASM rebalance is complete, you can remove the drive.

2.

Locate the failed drive on the front of the chassis.

Caution - 

Equipment damage.

 Do not remove a drive unless you have an immediate

replacement.

3.

Remove the drive.

Press the button to release the drive lever [1], rotate the lever open and, grasping the drive body,

slide the drive out of the chassis [2].

4.

Install a replacement drive, if necessary.
