3. Binding:
• Adjust the comb size to the document thickness. Put the plastic
comb into the comb plate so that the comb opening is faced up.
Press the handle backwards to open the comb
• Insert punched documents into the opened comb front cover
upwards
• Pull the handle forward to close the plastic comb. Take the
documents off the comb plate. The documentation is ready!
4. Cleaning up the waste bin:
The waste bin is designed for paper scraps and waste of punching. The frequency of cleaning up the
waste bin depends on how often the machine is operated.
• Pull out and remove the paper scraps.
• Insert the waste bin into the unit.
Please clean up the waste bin regularly!
5. Possible malfunctions:
Malfunction
1. The handle cannot be
pressed down when punching

3. Paper is not punched
completely and it is hard to
pull it out of the paper slot
Remedy
Clean up the paper slot
Reduce number of sheets
punched at one time
