FULL 3-YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY
This rechargeable spotlight (excluding bulb and battery) is warranted for a period of three years from the date of
purchase. Optronics, Inc. will repair without charge, or at its option, replace the product within thirty (30) days of
receiving, prepaid, the product and proof of purchase (cash register receipt). If warrantor is unable to provide
replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, then warrantor will refund the
purchase price.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, OR ABUSE. CONSE-
QUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, EXCEPT FOR
PERSONAL INJURY. THIS WARRANTY IS OFFERED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. HOWEVER, MODIFI-
CATION, LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY BE UNENFORCEABLE IN SOME
STATES. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
1. Pack product securely with protective padding on all sides.
2. Enclose a written explanation of the product defect or malfunction. Attach your sales receipt or other proof of
purchase. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number.
3. Mark your name and address on the outside of the package and send to:
