2.1 Setting PROFIBUS address at optris CT
After mounting the PROFIBUS-DP-V1 interfaces, the optris CT will be supplied with voltage and the MODE
button is pressed
until the entry “SL001” appears. Afterwards the favored slave address will be chosen with
the „UP” and “DOWN” buttons – this will be taken over after six seconds. Then the optris CT has to be
removed from the voltage for three seconds.
This procedure must always be carried out when a new slave
address is set.
