Unscrew two screws and unplug Ballast wire.

2.

Unscrew two screws on Ballast, two screws on Power Cord Fix and one screw of

Ground Plate.

3.

Take off Balast Module from Base Housing.

4.

Unscrew one screw to remove Ground Plate from Ballast.

5.

Unplug one wire and tear off Ballast Mylar.
