Wireless Settings
8.1 Connection between Wireless USB Adaptor (OPA-1001) and Host
OPA-1001 functions as HID keyboard interface.
・
Connect OPA-1001 dierctly to host via its USB interface or via commercially available extended cables.
・
Windows standard HID device driver will be automatically installed when OPA-1001 is connected to USB port of host.
・
Orange LED lights during initialization. Orange LEDs turn Green after completion. Then a
connection will be made.

8.2 Scanner Connection Sequence
1. Connect the Wireless USB Adaptor to the host computer and make sure Green LED is blinking.
2. Press trigger key to start reading operation.
3. Scan IEEE address bar code label “
A4xxxxxxxx
” on the Wireless USB Adaptor to register by the scanner.
The connection is done. Now you can start bar code reading.
A scanned data is output to the input focus of the active window.
