The manufacturer is free of liability in the following cases:
Apparatus damage or operation accident caused by improper operation or application
to be carried out do not accord with the requirement of the Operation Manual or
professional ability;
Apparatus damage and medical accident caused by irresistible causes, such as fire,
seismic disasters etc.;
Apparatus work abnormally and medical accident caused by third party’s arbitrary
modification, disassembly the Apparatus without permission of the manufacturer.
