• Use the device only in a horizontal position, on a flat surface such as a table or other hard top. Never
use the device on an inclined or unstable surface – it may cause inaccurate weighing indications,
its overturning or even falling to the floor. Do not use the scale if the surface intended for its
operation is unstable, as it may cause accidental tipping over or dropping.
• Do not overload the weight! The device is designed for weighing loads with a maximum weight
of 5 kg. Do not weigh objects weighing more than 5 kg, because the balance is not able to display
their weight and attempts to weigh them may also lead to permanent damage to the balance as
a result of overloading. Therefore, before weighing, the weight of the object should be estimated
initially. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by overloading.
• The glass weighing surface is fragile and must be protected against impacts.
• Do not place hot food or hot containers such as saucepans on the scale.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for damages or failures resulting from modifications, careless
