OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place your twin hot plate on a sold, safe surface. Do not set it
on a glass surface or a finely finshed wood surface.
2. Place a heat resistant pad or mat under the appliance before
using to preent possible heat damage to counter or tabietop.
3. Plug the cord into the electrical wall outlet and turn the
thermostat to the desired heat setting (low, medium or high).
4. Turnh thermostal to lowest setting when finished when
finished. Then unplug the cord from electrical outlet.
5. NOTICE – the double electrical stove series has on
element that is LOW-WATT and the other is HIGH-WATT.
The Low-watt element will not get as not get as hot and will
got not glow as “red” in colour as the High watt element.
STORAGE
After using unplug, clean and store safely.
CLEANING &MAINTENANCE
Unplug the crod. Wipe surface with damp cloth or sponge. Do
not use steel wool or abrasives. No maintenance other than
cleaning is required on this appliance.
CONNECTION TO POWER
● Before connecting check that the voltage indicated on the
appliance (bottom of the appliance )corresponds with the
main voltage in your home. if this is not the case, consult
your dealer and do not use.
● This appliance may be fitted with a non-rewirable plug,
if you need to change the fuse in a non-rewirable plug,
the fuse cover must be trefitted. if the fuse cover is lost
or danaged, the plug must not be used until a replacement
is obtained (available from must the appliance manufactu-
rer).
● If the plug has to be changed beacause it is not suitable for
your socket, or becomes damaged, it shoulld be cut off and
appropriate plug fitted following the wiring instructions.
The plug remover must be disposed of safely as insertion
into a mains socket is likely to cause an electrical haxard.
● This unit must be earthed. this equipment must be
disconnected from the mains when not in use. Do not
allow this unit to be exposed to rain or moisture.
For your
own safety read the following instructions carefully
before attempting to connet this unit to the mains.
You
should only plug the appliance into a 230 VAC, 50 Hz
supply. Connecting it to other power sources may damage
the appliance.
