Programming is only possible when the detector is disconnected from power.
Programming is not possible if the loop is
connected to power. Programming is also not possible during an alarm. Reset the alarm first.
Programming:
•
Jack plug connector into programming tool (interface upper left) and the blue programming connector into the programming
interface on the circuit board of the DKM.
•
Switch on programming tool by pressing the left gray button. The address is read from the detector and shown in the display.
•
Change address with the two gray buttons. Dots blink behind the figures while the address is being changed.
•
Save address with the colored button. The blinking dots behind the figures vanish.
•
Unplug detector and switch off programming tool.
Potential fault messages on programming tool:

Replace battery (battery service life: approx. 3,000 programming cycles)

Incorrect programming attempt (Address > 127)

DRM/DKM detector not found

Detector not operational

Incorrect sensor reply
