c) The defect or damage was caused by the defective function of the
cellular system or by inadequate signal reception by the external
antenna.
d) The Product’s Warranty Seal, Serial number sticker has been
removed, defaced or altered.
9. Consumer shall take the following step-by-step procedure if a
problem occurs during the One-Year Repair Warranty:
a) Consumer shall have 2 options, 1st return the Product (“Mobile
Phone”) to the Dealer and 2nd Call the Service Center for repair
or replacement processing. The number is found in the leaflet
inside the box.
b) The Consumer will be billed for any parts or labor charges not
covered by the One-Year Repair Warranty. The Consumer will
be responsible for any expenses related to reinstallation of the
Product.
c) If the Product is returned to O+ during the Repair warranty period,
but the problem with the Product is not covered under the terms
and conditions of the One-Year Repair Warranty, the Consumer
will be notified and given an estimate for the charges. Once the
consumer agreed to the given amount, only then O+ will proceed
with the repair. If the Product is returned to O+ after the expiration
of the Repair warranty period, O+ normal service policies shall
apply and the Consumer will be responsible for all charges.
10. Any implied warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular
purpose or use, shall be Repair to the duration of the foregoing
Repair written warranty. Otherwise, the foregoing Repair warranty is
the Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other
