Easy-Line Wind Generator
1 Fix the prefabricated acrylic plate (2) to the broad sides of the ply-
wood baseplate (1) by using the two screws (6).
2 Mount the motor (4) from behind into the opening of the acrylic
plate
as depicted.
3 Attach the fan (5) from the front side to the motor shaft.
How it works:
Propel the fan by blowing, wind or another fan. The LED lights up as soon as the generator (motor) provides sufficient electricity.
If the LED is off:
- Check wiring (Possibly reverse the polarity!)
- Rotational speed of the fan might be to low
4 Connect the red wire of the motor to the cathode (= short leg) of the
LED (3). Next, connect the black wire of the motor to the anode of the
LED. Finally fix the LED onto the baseplate using the drawing pins (7).
