INSTRUCTIONS
5. Saw the 200mm threaded rod (3) into 55mm sections as shown in the plan .Clean up the saw cuts with a workshop file .
6. Insert a countersunk head machine screw ( 4 ) from under-
neath through the 3mm hole and wind on 3 nuts ( 5) from
above then contra tighten them in position . Finally add a
washer ( 7) . Then insert a threaded rod (J) through each of
the axle holders ( d+ g )

7. Thread a wheel (14) on the end of each axle so that they
are all equally arranged and will rotate easily !

8. Glue the battery pack holder ( c ) on the underneath of the trailer (b) as shown , using a plastic or instant glue Then glue the
axle holder ( f) in position alongside the battery holder ,again use a plastic or instant glue and leave it to set

9. Insert both of red Light Emitting Diodes ( LEDs ) (13) in the holes in part ( h) and glue them in place. Here it is important that
the cathode leg ( The leg on the flat side of the LED faces downwards.)
Note: The cathode leg is the shorter leg of the LED) and must be facing downwards ! Finally glue part ( h) in position as a
bumper to the underneath of the trailer (b) The slide switch (11) is mounted in the profile strip (i) and then glued in place as
shown with a plastic glue. Glue the mounted switch in squarely in place on the to surface of the trailer (b) as shown in the
plan and leave it to set
