Stop watch

Press Left Selection key to begin the stopwatch. Press OK/Count key to add lap times. You
can pause the timer and start again by pressing the Left Selection key. To reset the stop
watch completely, press the Left Selection key to pause the timer and then then press
OK/Reset key to reset.

Timer

Use the keypad number, type the time you wish to count down. For example, to do 1 Minute,
type in 0, 0, 0, 1. Then press “OK” key to start or pause the timer and the Left Selection key
to stop it completely. An alarm will sound once the time is up.
