Using a non- approved power supply could increase your risk of electric shock
and will damage the Synergy Device and void your warranty.

use the Synergy Neck Device near water or where water can be spilt onto
the equipment.

use the Synergy Neck Device if you think any part of the equipment may
have come encounter with water or any form of liquid.

DO NOT
attempt to modify, open or repair the Synergy Neck Device in any way.
Modifying the Synergy Device could cause an electric shock when the system is
used again.
The Synergy Neck Device contains no serviceable parts.

DO NOT
use the Synergy Neck Device, power supply or cables if they are visibly
damaged in any way.

ALWAYS
switch the Synergy Neck Device OFF after use.
• If you intend
NOT
to use the Synergy Neck Device for an extended period, switch
OFF the charging station and store the components in a clean, dry place.
- Before first use, ensure the device is switched off. Check and inspect your
Synergy Neck Device. Check for signs of physical damage. DO NOT USE the device
if there is any noticeable damage. Contact the Opatra customer service team.
- The Synergy Neck Device is rechargeable.
- The Synergy Neck Device comes fully charged for your convenience and should
last for up to 2 hours of use.
- If you find the Synergy Neck Device is not charged, charge for 2 hours before use.
- Do not charge for longer than 2 hours, to avoid the device overheating.
- You cannot use the Synergy Neck Device in the charging mode.
