If the packaging of your AirDial says it is already activated, then you may skip the
activation step.
You should have received an email containing your account number, the
device’s serial number, and the phone number of your pre-activated AirDial when the
device shipped.
Otherwise, you will need to add your AirDial to your Ooma account by visiting
http://rdm.ooma.com/
