1.3.3 Lock/Unlock your screen
To protect your phone and privacy, you can unlock the phone screen by
a password.
To create a screen unlock passcode
• Touch Settings from the application list, then touch Screen lock\
Passcode lock
• Set your passcode.
To lock phone screen
Press the Power key once to lock the screen.
To unlock phone screen
Press the Power key and then drag the lock screen to the right to unlock
your phone. With
Passcode lock enabled, you will need to enter your
preset password before unlocking.
1.3.4 Personalise your Home screen
Add
You can touch and hold a folder, an application or a widget to activate the
Move mode, and drag the item to any Home screen as you prefer.
Reposition
Touch and hold the item to be repositioned to activate the Move mode,
drag the item to the desired position and then release. You can move items
both on the Home screen and the favourite tray. Hold the icon on the left
or right edge of the screen to drag the item to another Home screen.
Remove
Touch and hold the item to be removed to activate the Move mode, then
touch the red cross to confirm deletion of the item.
Wallpaper customisation
Touch and hold any space on the screen, and then touch Change
Wallpaper to customise wallpaper.
1.3.5 Volume adjustment
You can set ringer, media and phone ringtone volume to your preference by
pressing
Volume up/down key or touching Settings\Sound .
When in the lowest volume level, press the Volume down key to switch
your phone to vibrate/silent mode.
