IV. V-Systems Fan Wheel Motor Assembly

1. Open box and unpack Motor, Mag-

netic Starter, Fan Wheel and Hardware 

package. Wheel and Hardware pack-

age is packed underneath Motor. See 

right.

Note that Magnetic Starter is attached 

to Motor by it’s cord.

2. To easily remove Motor, cut down 

the sides of outside box as shown 

above.

3. Pull out cut cardboard side from 

bottom of box.

4. Lift out inside cardboard retainer, 

then remove rest of box.

5. Carefully cut away plastic wrap and 

remove bottom board. Lift and place 

motor on it’s top on solid surface as 

seen below.

6. Add a bead of silicone around 

bottom of motor as indicated, against 

shoulder of machined ridge. Note: This 

seals Motor and Fan Housing, prevent-

ing dust blow out.
