Safety Notice / Installation Advice
•
Stop your car and pull over before any operation that could possibly be distrac-
ting.
•
To prevent from damage by shortages it is mandatory to
disconnect the car battery‘s
negative pole before the installation.
•
Be sure to connect the diff erent colored cables as shown in the diagram.
Connection failures can result in misfunctions of the device or to damages in the vehicle‘s
electric system.
•
Be sure to always connect the speaker cables the right way ((-) to (-)) and do never con-
nect the speaker connectors with each other or any metallic parts of the car chassis.
•
Take care not to block any venting openings or cooling fi ns.
• Upon installation and after connecting the battery: Press Reset fi rst (use a pointed object
(eg a paper clip)) on the main unit to set it to its initial state.
Installation
The installation diff ers slightly according to your vehicle type.
For the installation you will need a DIN slot in your Dashboard. Do only use the supplied parts
and screws.
