12. How do I reset the One61 Smartwatch?
If the watch is connected to your device/app
- Open the app
- Tap on ‘Me’ in the bottom corner of your device’s screen.
- Tap on your watch then tap the “unpair” button.
- The One61 Smartwatch will go to factory reset mode
If the watch is not connected to your device/app
- Turn OFF your connected device’s Bluetooth, the watch should than be disconnected.
- In the watch, go to: Settings > Reset > tap the Reset button.
13. If I keep my phone or tablet in silent or vibrate mode will ‘Find Phone’ make my device ring?
- Yes, if the watch is connected to your device this feature will override any mode you have set on the device.
14. How do I delete notifications shown on the watch?
- Clear the notifications from the connected device. If you lose connection from your device, once you have
reconnected any notifications on your device will appear on the watch again. There is no option to delete the
notification from the watch.

- Check your profile settings in the app for accuracy
