affected by an electromagnetic
interference.
NOTES:
•
Ensure that the USB cable is plugged into the USB 2.0 (USB 1.1) port when
connecting the unit to the PC. Currently, a USB 3.0 port is not supported. Some
PCs may have both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. Always use the USB 2.0 port
even on such PCs.
•
If the data transfer is still not working after trying the above troubleshooting
tips, there may be a product failure occurring. For failure of the product, please
