4.Handling Errors and Problems

Cuff is over
inflated.
Press the START/STOP
button once to turn off the
power. Sit still, restart
measurement and do not talk
during measurement.
Carefully read and repeat the
steps in section 3.2. Make
sure that the setting is set
correctly for the wrist being
used to take the
measurement.
Movement
during
measurement
The posture
has changed
during
measurement.
The wrist cuff is
not wrapped
securely.
Carefully read and repeat the
steps listed under section 3.1.
The user ID has
changed during
measurement.
Do not change the user ID
during measurement.
This symbol
indicates
irregular or
weak pulses
are detected,
but result can
be considered
reliable.
Remove the monitor. Wait
2-3 minutes and then take
another measurement.
Repeat the steps in section
3.2. If this error continues to
appear, consult your doctor.
An Er mark is
displayed.
Consult your OMRON
retail outlet or distributor.
The battery
power is low.
Replace the batteries with two
new “AAA”
alkaline (LR03)
batteries.
