Controlling the ID Sensor Unit
Mask Bit Write
Reads the 2 bytes of data from the specified start address, masks it with the specified mask data, and
writes data to the bits that are not masked. For the mask data, set a hexadecimal value with the bits to
be masked turned ON.
Each command execution processes 2 bytes (i.e., 1 word).
