ADV setting

Set various Advertisement related parameters.
Time Information is cleared to zero (0) when Beacon Mode is changed, so Time Information must be
set to start data recording again.
*After changing the settings of this characteristic, it is necessary to make power cycle.
* It makes difficult to establish a connection with the central device in a very short “Transmission
period in Limited Broadcaster” setting.
