1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for having chosen an OMNITRONIC BHD-01 Waist Band Amplifier. If you follow the instructions
given in this manual, we can assure you that you will enjoy this device for many years.
Unpack your OMNITRONIC BHD-01.
Please make sure that there are no obvious transport damages. Should you notice any damage, do not take
the device into operation and immediately consult your local dealer.
1.1 Features
Extremely compact 5 W waistband amplifier
• Waistband amplifier with active speaker and headset microphone
• Designed as girdle bag with adjustable snap-in strap
• A full success as ideal PA-system for professional promotion events "on the road" or for hobby promotion
shows
• Ideal for all mains independent and wireless applications like seminars, conferences, presentations,
tradeshows, fashion shows, solo entertainers, weddings, sales booths, aerobics etc.
• For voice amplification with up to 50 listeners
• With mic input and volume control
• Power supply via 6 optional mignon-batteries (type AA) or rechargeable batteries
• Built-in battery charger
• Optional power unit for charging the rechargeable batteries
• Do not connect the optional power unit when using standard batteries (e.g. alkaline)!
