Quick Start Guide for Testing on COACH
Select the athlete to be tested.
Press ‘Measure’ at the top of the screen.
The green “Start measuring” button will light up and
become active once the app detects a pulse and CNS
data. Press the button to start the test and you will
hear a “Beep”. A 2
nd
“Beep” will indicate the test is
finished, after which you access a screen where you
can enter relevant notes and select whether the
test was “Before” training or “After” training.
Once you have entered any additional information and selected “Before” or
“After”, press “Save & Analyze” to see the results of the test.
