Charging Indications

 

Power On (Green light flashes slowly)

 

Battery Low (Red light stays illuminated)

 

Battery charged 80% (Green light flashes rapidly)

 

Battery charged 100% (Green light stays illuminated)

 

Battery Pack temperature is too hot or too cold (Red light flashes slowly)

Battery Pack malfunction (Red and Green lights stay illuminated)

        

WARNING

!

•  Only plug charger into 100-240V AC outlet.

•  If the battery pack is too hot or too cold, the charger will not charge the battery pack and the red In-

dicator light will be “blinking”. When the battery pack temperature returns to between 32°F(0°C) and 

122°F(50°C), The charger will automatically begin charging.

•  If both red and green indicator lights are “ON” the battery pack either does not comply or is defective. 

Please contact your retailer.

•  Do not charge the battery pack in the rain, snow or high temperature environment.

•  Do not charge battery pack when environment temperature is below 32°F(0°C) or above 104°F(40°C)

•  Remove the battery from charger once fully charged.

•  The charger should be allowed to cool at least one hour after three continuous battery charges.

•  Do not use generator for charging the battery pack.

Replacing Carbon Brush

1. 

Loosen the carbon brush panel counter-clockwise by using flat head bit. ( Fig. 5).

2.  Take out the carbon brush (Fig. 6).

3.  Put the new carbon brush and carbon brush panel back into the housing in proper order (Fig. 7).

4. 

Lock the carbon brush panel back clockwise by using flat head bit. (Fig. 8)
