OPERATION

Turning on the Heater

Connect the heater to the power supply by plugging the power cord into an outlet (220 – 240V 50Hz). Put the
heater into standby mode by switching on the switch located at the back.
Turn on the device by pushing the power button

 on the control panel.

The display will show the current room temperature and the fan will start. After one minute of no buttons being
pressed, the display will enter low power mode. All that will be shown is the current room temperature and the
brightness will go down. Pressing a button will return it to its normal mode.

Setting the Timer

Press the

button to enter into the timer setting. The display will flash with the previously set timer setting (0

by default) and will show the   symbol. Use the

 and

buttons to adjust the timer setting. The timer

increments or decrements in one hour steps, between a range of 0 to 12 hours. Once the desired time has been
set, press the

 button twice to confirm.

When the timer has been set the heater will run until the time elapses, then turn off automatically.

Setting the Temperature

Switch between low and high power heating modes by pressing the

 button.

Display icons:

 Low power heating mode.

 High power heating mode.

To set the target temperature, press the

button twice (once if in the timer setting). The display will flash with

the currently set target temperature. Use the

 and

buttons to adjust the temperature to the desired

target. Once this has been set, press the

 button to confirm.

The heater will attempt to raise the ambient temperature of the room that it is in to the target temperature. When
this temperature has been reached, the heater will enter standby. If the temperature drops below the target
temperature, the heater will automatically start again.

ECO Mode

Press the

button to enter ECO mode. ECO mode will attempt to keep the ambient temperature between

18 and 22°C. When the temperature is below 18°C, the heater will automatically start. When the temperature is
above 22°C, the heater will automatically enter standby mode. To cancel ECO mode, press the

 button

again.

Tip-Over Safety

If the heater is tipped over, the heating elements will immediately turn off. The fan will continue running for 10
seconds and then the heater will enter standby mode.

Power Off

To put the heater into standby mode, press the

button. The heating element will immediately turn off and

the display will count down from 10. During this time the fan will continue running. When the countdown has
finished the fan will turn off. If you are no longer using the heater then also switch it off using the power switch at
the back.
