Troubleshooting
Please check the following issues before maintenance
Problem Likely cause
Unit not operating The fuse condition.
The voltage.
Plug and connection components.
The outer temperature is lower than the set temperature.
The connection of the plug and outlet.
Wine cellar running constantly Frequent opening or not being tightly closed in hot weather.
Under direct sunlight, too close to heat source, such as stove.
It is normal that compressor runs for a long time in the first use.
Light not working Power supply.
Damage of the light bulb.
Water on the floor of the cellar Frequent opening of the door.
It will occur in hot and humid summer, please wipe with a dry cloth.
The cabinet is running at a very low temperature.
Noise The noise level is measured according to the acquirements of national
standard.
The evenness of the floor.
Contacts to other subjects, such as wall.
Whether all the packaging material is removed.
Your cabinet is supplied with a one year warranty for parts and labour from date of purchase.
Warranty is void under the following circumstances:
Damage resulting from:
• Transportation, improper care or failing to follow operating instructions.
• Voltage exceeding 115V/60HZ, or unstable voltage.
• Repair by other than authorized service center.
