Installation
Turn on the unit by the switch, the control panel will display the current temperature inside the cabinet.
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE
By pressing the “SEL” button for one second, you will be able to read the set temperature. To change the
temperature, press “SEL” and then press the “UP” or “DOWN” arrows to either increase or decrease the
temperature as desired, confirm the new temperature by pressing “SEL”.
STORAGE OF FOODSTUFFS
In order to obtain the best possible function of the cabinet, it is necessary to observe the following:

Using the screws to fix the three pieces of brackets on the bottom of your refrigerated topping rail.
2. Put the topping rail unit on the granite top of the pizza prep table, and the brackets should be placed as
following pictures.
