1. After operation, carefully clean the machine with a damp cloth, dry with a dry cloth.
2. Lubricate the gears at regular intervals by putting some food-safe oil into the gearbox every 6 months.
Be careful when handling the cutter, always use a sharp blade with the machine.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
Meat not discharging smoothly. Front nut is too tight. Slightly loosen.
Discharge plate is blocked. Clean the discharge plate.
Blade is dull. Sharpen or replace the blade.
