Operation
Maintenance
Before operating, be sure to check the unit to ensure that it is operating properly. If not, please contact Omcan
to carry out maintenance.
Connect the power plug, turn on the power switch, and the unit will begin to operate automatically. Place the
intended food product into the basket and the heater will keep the product warm.

Periodically inspect the power cables, ensure that the cables are not worn.

The unit should be cleaned at least once per day with a damp cloth. Do not use a pressurized water jet or
submerge any part of the unit in liquid. Ensure the oil is cleaned off the oil drip pan.
Note: Turn off and unplug the unit before performing any cleaning or maintenance.

Check the heating lamps every day to ensure they are operating properly. Please see the below possible
situations for if the heating lamps do not operate correctly:
- The light bulb is broken or burnt out; it should be replaced immediately.
- The switch does not work; it should be replaced immediately.
- The lamp is faulty; contact Omcan.
- The power cable is worn or broken; contact Omcan and do not use the unit until the cable has been
replaced.
