Once the unit has been placed in position by consulting International Standards and regulations. The unit is
ready to use.
Before first use, please warm up the unit for 10 minutes until all smoke and/or odor has dissipated.
Plug in the unit, the red light is on.
Turn on the power switch. Choose both elements or just bottom element to heat based on cooking required.
Turn the dial of the thermostat to required position (60 - 200°C), once the inside temperature get to the
required temperature, the element will be cut off.
General cooking temperature is between 180°C and 200°C. Select the conveyor belt speed, this may vary for
particular kind of foods if needs. Put the food on the tray and let it slid down on the conveyor belt and cook.
When not cooking, the thermostat is turned off and the power switch is put off and unplug the unit.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
When finish the cooking, please put off the power switch, it is advised the motor can not work continuously
over 4 hours.
The appliance should be cleaned using warm, soapy water after each day’s operation.
Do not immerse completely in water to clean.
The appliance is not to be cleaned with a water jet.
The exterior of unit may be cleaned by carefully wiping with a damp cloth.
HELP
If the unit does not work, please check the following:
1. The power supply is correct and the thermostat is turned on.
2. The position of thermostat are correct.
