- Usage:
When the device is on, the relay output R1 (30A) becomes active according to the
temperature set degree in the pre-set parameters. At this time, "- - - -" appears on the time
display, and you can see
“ ” on the screen.
When the device reaches the set point, R1 relay stops giving an output. When the device
reaches the set temperature, the time set is displayed on the time screen, and the current
temperature is displayed on the temperature screen. In the meantime, when information
comes from SW1 input, it is understood that the grids are open. When the grids are turned off
(it is understood that dough is put on the grids), the time in the parameter value starts to count
down. The grids are expected to be turned before the grid turning time specified in the
parameters. If it is not turned within this period, a rotation tracking sign appears on the time
screen. Grid turned information is understood when information comes from SW1 input. You
can turn the grill as much as desired during the cooking process, but when the grills are kept
open for more than 3 seconds, the process will start over. When the time in the parameter
value is completed, it gives an audible warning.
(Note: The device always carries out temperature control. when " " Is seen the device is in
the first heating state.)
The first time the device is used, the temperature setting is max. and run it idle for 30
minutes. Some odor and smoke may occur due to the insulating coating material during
operation. It will then disappear.
Make sure that the surfaces which will come into contact with food are clean. Pour the
mortar prepared for the waffles in an amount that will not overflow from the mold. Spread the
mortar on the mold with a spatula. Cover the top cover on the mortar and cook.
