Self-check error

The self-checking function is effective when output is not
activated. It does not work during output.

Returning the electrosurgical unit for repair

Before returning the electrosurgical unit for repair contact Olympus. With the
electrosurgical unit, include a description of malfunction or damage and the
name and telephone number of the individual at your location who is most
familiar with the problem. Also include a repair purchase order.
