Setting “AUTO PRINT”
This item is used to select the operation to be initiated
when the input video signal to this instrument is
switched from the HDTV signal to the SDTV signal or
vice versa.
In addition, the HDTV image and the SDTV image
cannot be printed together on one print sheet.
This setup is valid only when “AUTO” is selected in
“Setting “SD/HD SEL”” on page 60.

CAUTION
When a new image is captured after the input signal
is switched while “AUTO PRINT” is set to “OFF,”
any previous images stored in memory that have not
been printed are overwritten and erased. This may
result in the loss of images.
Capture after confirming whether there is any
image that is not printed.

This menu is used in the setup of the printed picture
layout.
To display the “LAYOUT SETUP” menu

” to display the “LAYOUT
SETUP” menu (see Figure 5.13).

Setting “MULTI PIX”
This item is used to set the number of images to be
printed (or the number of splitting of the print sheet).
“MULTI PIX” can also be set by the “MULTI
PICTURE” button on the front panel (see on page 40).
Changing either setup affects the setups of both this item
and the button.

Setting “SEPARATE”
This item is used to select whether white frames are
placed around the multi-picture images on the printed
picture and the monitor display (memory image) (see
Figure 5.14). It cannot be set up, if “1” is selected in
“Setting “MULTI PIX”” on page 64.

ON :
Prints the selected memory page when the
input video signal is switched.
Does not print, if the memory page has already been
printed or no image in the memory has been
captured.
After printing, the image in the memory page is
switched to the next page.
OFF :
Does not print even when the input video
signal is switched. The memory page is also not
switched.
ON&CLEAR :
Prints the selected memory page
when the input video signal is switched.
Does not print, if the memory page has already been
printed or no image in the memory has been
captured.
After printing, the memory page is switched to the
next page and the image stored in that page is
cleared.
