Capturing the Image
Images to be printed on print sheets can be captured in
this instrument as described below.

Display the image from the input source on the
monitor.

When the desired image is displayed, press the
“CAPTURE” button (see Figure 4.9).

NOTE
When the desired image is displayed, it is
recommended to turn it into a still image using the
freeze function to capture and print the image
without blur. For how to freeze an image, refer to
the instruction manual for the connected
equipment.
Checking a Captured Image
You can check a captured image on the monitor.

Press the “SOURCE/MEMORY” button (see
Figure 4.10).

Confirm that the Source/Memory display shows
“M.” If not, press the “SOURCE/MEMORY”
button until “M” is displayed.
“M” indicates that a memory image is being
displayed (see Figure 4.11).
“S” indicates that a source image is being
displayed.

Moving the Pointer
The pointer in which the memory position storing a
picture is movable.

Printing
Print the images captured as follows.
CAUTION
• Do not turn OFF or take out the paper tray while
printing is in progress. Otherwise, paper jam and/or
malfunction may result.
• Do not open the front door or take out the paper tray
while printing is in progress. Otherwise, paper jam
and/or malfunction may result.
