Troubleshooting
Images cannot be
played back in
storage mode.
IR-500 firmware has not been upgraded to
unable the “STORAGE” function.
Upgrade the IR-500 firmware to be
compatible with Dock&Done 2.0. For
details on upgrading, refer to the
Olympus website indicated on the back
cover of this manual.
An image file
cannot be stored.
Not enough disk space is available. Insert a disk with sufficient available
storage capacity.
The image file was taken by a
Dock&Done-incompatible digital camera,
and then stored by a Dock&Done-
compatible digital camera.
Image data taken by a Dock&Done-
incompatible digital camera may not
be storable on the unit with
“Dock&Done” mode. For details about
changing the storing mode, refer to the
reference manual supplied with the
digital camera.
The unit will not
disconnect from the
PC properly.
The disk was not removed from the tray of
the unit before disconnecting from the PC.
When disconnecting the unit from the
PC, remove the disk first.
The unit does not
print.
The printer cable is not properly
connected.
Check to see if the printer cable is
firmly connected.

in the user’s manual supplied with the
printer.
