Inserting the lithium battery pack (CR-V3)
Two lithium battery packs are required.

Caution
• The lithium battery pack CR-V3 cannot be recharged.

Make sure the white line on the
power switch is at the OFF
position.
If the power switch is set to ON, move it to
the OFF position.

Make sure that the card access
lamp is off.
If the card access lamp is blinking, wait for
it to go off.

Raise the battery compartment
knob and turn it to the open
position in the direction of the
arrow as shown in the illustration.

Caution
• If you remove the battery holder with the
camera power on, the current mode and time
may be reset. The picture just taken may not
be stored on the card, and images already
stored on the card could be damaged. Please
make sure that the power switch is set to OFF.
