Auto & Manual Exposure Modes

Aperture-Priority AE utilises the F2.8 aperture 

to capture blurred backgrounds.  Shutter-Priority 

AE allows you to set the shutter speed to up to 

1/800th of a second.  With Program AE, the camera 

automatically detects the optimum aperture and 

shutter speed, while Manual Exposure allows you 

to set the aperture and shutter speed to as long 

as 16 seconds.  The aperture level and shutter 

speed are displayed on the LCD monitor.

igital ESP Light Metering & Spot Metering

Digital ESP (Electro-Selective Pattern) Light Metering provides the 

right exposure under difficult lighting conditions.  Spot Metering 

lets you attain more precise exposure, and can be easily selected 

using the SPOT Select button.

uick Sequence Shooting

Up to 5 shots can be taken in a row at about 3.1 frames per 

second in all modes except TIFF.  In addition, autofocus can be 

engaged simultaneously.

rrow-Key Buttons

Various settings such as shutter speed,

aperture and exposure compensation can 

easily be done with arrow-key buttons, 

making it easy and quick to set as preferred.
