
TROUBLESHOOTING
Minor problems often can be fixed without the help of an electrician.
WARNING:
Before doing any work on the LED flashlight, press the
push button to turn off the power.

The
flashlight
does not
light.
The power is off.
Check if the power supply
is on.
Batteries have run down.
Replace with reputable
brand alkaline AA
batteries.
Battery/ batteries are
installed reversely.
Install the battery/ batteries
correctly.
Carbon-zinc batteries are
installed.
Use reputable brand
alkaline AA batteries.
Contact point(s) of
batteries or battery holder
are contaminated with dust
or damaged by battery
leakage.
Carefully remove any
damaged batteries and
clean any corrosion on the
contact points.
The LED
flashlight
surface or
batteries
are hot.
Keep the LED flashlight
working on the “High”
mode repeatedly by
pressing the push button
after the flashlight works
on “High” mode couple
minutes. This could cause
excessive heat
accumulation and risk of
burn.
If the flashlight has worked
on “High” mode for a few
minutes, do not press the
push button to keep the
flashlight working on the
“High” mode repeatedly.
NOTE:
Due to the high power of this LED flashlight, the product will
generate heat when working on the “High” mode. It’s specifically
engineering designed, used in ambient environment normally
won’t generate too much heat and the LED flashlight surface
temperature is still in an acceptable range to human hands.
