Once the function has been selected as indicated above, the display (B12) will show the number –1, which

indicates that the photocopier is ready to store the settings made as the standard copy settings.

Store or restore the standard copy settings by pressing the NUMERIC key (B40) that corresponds to your choice

(1 = store; 0 = restore). Then press the OK key (B13) to confirm your choice.

Incorrect entries can be corrected by pressing the numeric key that corresponds to the desired value, which will
overwrite the incorrect one, or the CLEAR key (B39) to clear the display.

To cancel the new setting and restore the standard setting, press the RESET key (B34) 

before pressing the OK

Restoring the Standard Copy Settings

All changes made to functions 01 to 08 can be cancelled by restoring the standard copy settings (those made

at the factory).

Having selected the function as described above, the display (B12) shows the value –1.
