The table below gives some examples of the types of problems that can be caused by incorrect alignment of
printing table with suggestions for corrective actions.
Problem Cause Resolution
The nozzle touches the glass The glass is too near to the

The material is not able to flow out

thickness and width along the length
The glass is not aligned correctly:
a thicker line indicates too little
space between the nozzle and
printing table, a thinner line
indicates too large a space
between the nozzle and the
printing table. Repeat the alignment operation for
the printing table, followed by
adjustment of the printing height
