signal by Dialer first. Please check
whether the Modem configuration of
PC is correct or not.

Internet / modem
disconnect
In some PCs or laptops, it may
requires to disconnect LAN or WiFi
connection first before using modem.
Assure there is no local LAN Cable
connected and WIFI is set to Off. If
LAN or WIFI is connected to another
node, the computer may prioritize
those and disconnect the dongle
Modem.
